A Queen (poetry)

A Queen is proud of herself. She respects herself and others. She is aware of who she is. She neither seeks definition fromthe person she is with, or does she expect them toread her mind. She is quite capable ofarticulating her needs.

A Queen is hopeful. She is strong enough to make all herdreams come true..... She knows love, therefore shegives love. She recognizes that her love hasgreat value and must be reciprocated. If her love is taken for granted,it soon disappears.

A Queen has a dash of inspiration, a dabble of endurance. She knows that she will, at times, have to inspire othersto reach the potential God gave them. A Queen knowsher past, understands her present andmoves toward the future.

A Queen knows the Creative Energy. She knows that withthis the world is her playground, but without she will justbe played. A Queen does not live in fear of the futurebecause of her past. Instead, she understands thather life experiences are merely lessons, meantto bring her closer to self knowledgeand unconditional self love.Queen,

On & On

Peace & blessins' manifest
With every lesson learned
If yo knowledge were yo wealth
Then it would be well earned
If we were made in His image
Then call us by our names
Most intellects do not Believe in God
But they fear us just the same.
